Overview
Pets Lets helps tenants with pets find homes that accept them. I redesigned the existing portal and kept working with the team as it grew: a custom CMS and admin panel, subscriptions for landlords and agents, advertising tools and automated property imports from third-party platforms.
Redesign
The portal already existed when I joined. I updated its look and feel, then extended it in stages: a subscription model, advertising tools in the admin portal and automated property uploads from other platforms.
Subscription model
Added as the project grew, and it was a game-changer for the platform.
Mobile first
Analytics showed that 70% of users were on mobile, so I redesigned the whole platform to be fully responsive.
