Novello had a system in mind for their surveyors. They wanted to build an iPad app for their surveyors to use and integrate it with AI. Later I designed a desktop portal for the admins, a portal for surveyors and a smart portal for the clients to view the results of reports.
Initially I designed an ipad app, targeted at surveyors who will use their iPads and this app at work all day. They can take picture with it, make voice and text notes assigned to every entry. Each entry is then submitted and processed through the custom developed AI system and created into a smart report for the client who ordered a survey. Surveyors can also view floor plans in the app and draw their own floor plans.
I also designed a desktop admin portal where Novello admins can create jobs, upload documents, create surveyors and assign these jobs to their surveyors which will then show on their iPad apps and in-built calendars. Surveyors also have a web portal where they can view and edit their submitted jobs.
Once the reports have been created, submitted and reviewed, the report is sent to the client's portal. They can see the smart report on the portal and download a PDF version of the portal if they want to.
Since most clients will want to see their reports on mobile, we also designed a mobile version of this smart portal.
