Pets Lets is at the forefront as the premier pet-friendly property portal in the UK. Our collaboration centered on establishing the ultimate resource for tenants with pets in search of rental properties. We crafted a high-load property portal seamlessly integrated with a tailored CMS and admin panel, addressing their distinctive requirements. Notably, we've recently introduced subscription options for landlords and agents.
Pets Lets already had an existing website when it was passed onto me, I updated the look and feel of the portal to match design trends and later on we extended the functionality of the platform to include a subscription model, added new advertisement functionality to the admin portal and new integrations with automized upload of properties from 3rd party platforms.

The platform was redesigned fully responsive as we saw an increase in mobile users and analytics showed that 70% of users were using mobile rather than desktop
