Overview
Tama Life is a product I'm designing and building end to end with Claude. It brings the things people usually track in five different apps into one: water, meals against a calorie goal, medication with reminder times, sleep by stage, mood, heart rate and screen time. An AI health assistant sits on top of it, answers questions about how you feel, and takes uploaded lab results and photos and gives feedback on them. The companion in the middle of it all is a mirror, not a pet: its mood and vitals come only from what you actually logged. It started as a written requirements document with goals, measures, a list of things the product refuses to do (no clinical or diagnostic claims, no made-up data presented as yours) and a priority for every requirement. The app is a TypeScript monorepo with React, Supabase and Stripe, a shared design system, and every user-facing string ships in English, Russian and Turkish. Screens here come from the app's development preview and use sample data.
A companion that mirrors your day
The companion isn't a pet you feed. Its mood and vitals are derived only from what you've logged (water, meals, mood, medication, sleep), so the room tells you at a glance how the day is going. It can't be cared for directly, which is what keeps its state meaningful.

One picture of your health
The health page brings sleep stages, heart rate, mood and a single wellness score together on one screen, so the picture is the sum of your habits instead of a handful of separate trackers.

An AI health assistant
Ask how you feel in plain language and the assistant answers in a conversation that carries over between visits. It can lay out possible causes based on your data and symptoms, suggest what might help, and offer quick starts like logging today's sleep, mood and meals. It always reminds you it can make mistakes and isn't a substitute for a professional.

Upload your results, get feedback
Drop a PDF lab result, a scan or a photo straight into the chat, with an optional note, and the assistant gives feedback on it. Everything you upload is kept in a Files area next to your health data, so blood panels and prescriptions live in one place instead of an email thread.

Meals and water, quick to log
Add a glass of water with one tap, or a meal with a name and calories, and see the day's total against your goal. Every entry also moves the companion, so logging has an immediate, visible effect.

Medication that reminds you
Each medication has its dose and time. Mark a dose as taken from the room in one tap, and the app tracks adherence for the day. Adherence and sleep carry the most weight in how the companion is doing, because they matter most for health.

Sleep, stage by stage
The last seven nights are stacked by deep, REM, core and awake time against your sleep goal, next to a wellness score, heart rate and mood, so a bad night and its effects show up together.

Every tracker against a goal
Sleep, water, meals and medication each get a goal and a progress bar, and screen time is measured against a limit you set yourself. The app never decides for you what counts as too much.
